  • Hotel je velmi příjemně vybaven ,prostředí příjemné , služby a ochota personálu bez výtek , jídlo velmi dobré , ranní rauty velmi pestré.

  • Při příchodu do pokoje nás překvapil nepříjemný zápach z odpadu. Co pokazilo celkový dojem při ubytování byl neskutečný hluk bavící se společnosti v místním sportbaru a to do časných ranních hodin / do 5 hod. ráno/ . Překvapilo mě, že za celé dva , kdy se společnost hlučně chovala i v brzkých ranních hodinách, nikdo tuto situaci neřešil, byť je policejní stanice ihned za rohem. Jak je možné, že vedení hotelové společnosti jen tiše přihlíží a nesnaží se tuto situaci řešit. Ve vašem městě neplatí obecní zákon o porušování nočního klidu? Byli jsme hosty, kteří byli s ubytováním až na malé drobnosti spokojeni, zaplatili jsme si určitý komfort, chtěli jsme si odpočinout, místo toho jsme probděli dvě noci s nepříjemně hlučnou společností proti své vůli. Celá tahle situace vrhla nepříjemný stín na úsilí Vašich pracovníků, kteří jsou milí a úslužní, snaží se ochotně ve všem vyjít vstříc.
